A RESIDENTIAL site at Serangoon Avenue 3 has been launched for sale by public tender, the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) said on Wednesday.
The land parcel is located near Serangoon Garden Estate, surrounded by condominiums such as Chiltern Park, Chuan Park, The Springbloom and Golden Hill Park in the vicinity.
The site is also located next to the Lorong Chuan MRT station.
The 1.39-hectare plot has a maximum permissible gross floor area of 38,857 sqm and is earmarked for residential development. Bidding starts at $83.7 million and the tender will close on Oct 7.
