I REFER to Mr Ratnam Narayanasamy's letter yesterday, 'Unwanted publicity', and I apologise if he feels there has been unwanted publicity of the sale of his home.
At PropNex, we strongly encourage our associates to constantly, effectively and innovatively market our services and their properties.
However, we also continuously remind them of the need to respect others' privacy when conducting their marketing.
We shall investigate Mr Narayanasamy's complaint and if there has been an invasion of his privacy, we will act. I thank him for his feedback.
