SINGAPORE - Keppel Land (Mayfair) Pte Ltd has won the tender for a Boon Lay Way residential site after it put in the top bid of $303 million ($499 per sq ft per plot ratio).
The 99-year leasehold plot next to Lakeside MRT station, is about 1.61ha, and could yield about 525 units.
The site at the junction of Boon Lay Way and Lakeside Drive was launched for public tender by the Urban Redevelopment Authority in late March.
