Keppel Land said it plans to develop a condominium with about 550 units, ranging from 500 sq ft to 1,400 sq ft on a 99-year leasehold site next to Lakeside MRT Station it was awarded on Thursday by Urban Redevelopment Authority.
The units will be in one-bedroom to four-bedroom configurations as well as penthouses.
'Presently in the design and development stage, the project is expected to be launch ready by end 2010 and completed in end 2013,' KepLand said in a release.
